Grant Shuler

POSITION: Fuel Cincinnati Coordinator

Background:

I’m an entrepreneur, currently working in management consulting for private equity firms. Fuel Cincinnati represents my first volunteer experience.

Why I got involved with GBC:

To make a difference. Period.

Why others should get involved:

It’s an easy way to offer your time to good causes–with GBC’s variety, it’s fast to find volunteer opportunities that suit you. It’s also a fun way to meet others.

What makes GBC unique:

It’s the quickest way for any young professional to make an impact on his/her community. I think it also offers the chance for anyone to demonstrate leadership, regardless of experience: just volunteer and it’s yours.

First GBC event:

Fuel the Fire 2017

Favorite GBC event:

Fuel the Fire

What excites me about 2019:

There are so many things changing in 2019, and it’s exciting to lead a dedicated team through transitions that will make our impact greater than it’s ever been.

Fun Fact:

I’m a Cincinnati native, but grew up in the United Kingdom. I lived in a village called Sunningdale, about half an hour from Windsor Castle.
