Location:
Fall Feast is an event focused on community.
Whether you have fallen on hard times, staying in Cincy for the holiday, find yourself
homeless, or are living paycheck to paycheck – we invite you to be our guest on Thanksgiving Day and enjoy a great
meal prepared by local chefs .
Please bring your cell phone with you in case of emergency, but please leave other personal items in your car.
Schedule
9 a.m. – DOORS OPEN
9am – 11am Guests can visit the coat shop for a warm winter coat.
11 a.m. – 2 p.m. DINNER IS SERVED: a traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings.

Fall Feast to go (Over 18 age):
We can’t get enough of loving on our city, not only do we prepare a wonderful holiday meal for our guests at Duke Energy Convention Center, but we also team up with local organizations to provide meals for our community neighbors.
- Volunteer time: Check in: 7am

Kitchen Rise and Shine (Over 18 age):
We need help starting our feast by heating up the food, setting up stations, and organizing our To Go meals.
- Volunteer time: Check in: 6am
- Volunteer hours: 6am – 9am

Coat Shop (Over 18 age):
Bring that warmth and love to our guests by helping us provide a winter coat, gloves, hats, scarves. Each guest receives a guided shopping experience to help him or her find the perfect coat. We also need volunteers to keep our space organized and refilled as our day progresses.

Social Ambassadors (Over 18 age):
Love to interact with folks, and help them find their way around? Enjoy getting your steps in while engaging with our guests to guide them throughout our areas such as Coat Shop, and Grand Ballroom.

Guest Registration (Over 18 age):
The spirit of the holiday shines through as we greet, and check our guests in. Other activities include helping our guests with wristbands that match services such as coats zone.

Kitchen (Over 18 age):
Feeding our community takes many hands. Please join our kitchen family in tasks such as serving lines, preparing appetizers, pie cutting, and cleaning dishes. 2 Shifts
- 1st Shift: Help begin the feast by heating up food, prepping stations.

- Volunteer Hours: 7am to 11am

Kids Zone (Over 18 age):
Bring out that kid in you by helping us create a fun and SAFE environment for our younger guests. We have incredible games, and blow up adventures.

Beverage and Bussers (over 18 age):
Drinks anyone? Help us create a friendly environment for our guests by fulfilling drink requests, and “tidying up” the space as guests finish their meal.

Give our guests that “cared for” holiday spirit by serving our fabulous turkey and fixings meal to each one.

How about those Bengals? Love to relax and enjoy a meal and conversation with someone? This family friendly position allows you to spend the holiday meal engaging with our guests and enjoying each other’s company.

Clean Up Party:
We couldn’t have such a complete event without our amazing Clean Up Crew. Love to give back, but can’t make our 10am – 2pm event? This is a family friendly time helping us “tidy up”. Tasks include breaking down each space such as Coat Shop, decorations, tables, vacuuming, and overall returning the convention center to order.
