How do you tackle difficult conversations? It starts with understanding three stories: yours, theirs and the “somewhere in-between.” And that’s exactly what we’ll discuss in this leadership development session: Having Difficult Conversations.
This second Leadership Development session of the year will help leaders better serve their committees, the Give Back Cincinnati organization and even their professional lives by sharing common scenarios that make leadership difficult—whether it’s a team member who isn’t pulling their weight or another volunteer who makes collaboration challenging. We’ll also provide tips on how to surface and solve these issues in a healthy, productive manner, followed by some hands-on training.
Afterward, we’ll head across the street to Listermann Brewery for an afterparty!
