Create and own an exceptional volunteer experience, driving how volunteers find us, feel welcome, and keep coming back
Event Leads
Attend biweekly Tuesday meetings (virtual)
Hands-On Events Lead

Plan and execute at least quarterly direct-service events, like park cleanups and planting

Attend biweekly Tuesday meetings (virtual)
Interactive Events Lead

Plan and execute at least quarterly events interacting with a variety of communities within Cincinnati

Paint the Town Leads
Attend Monthly meetings, plus as needed
Lead, Food & After-Party

Keep every house team fed and hydrated, then plan the celebration
Lead, Community Relations

Be the host neighborhood’s main contact and drive homeowner applications
Lead, Power Washing

Schedule and run a small crew to wash every house before paint day
Paint the Town Committee
Attend Monthly meetings, plus as needed
Team & Area Lead Coordinator

Recruit, train, and support the leaders running each house and broader area
Homeowner Selection

Run applications, interviews, and house visits to choose homeowners
Supplies & Technical

Scope each house, order paint and gear, understand the hands-on details, and be the go-to for any painting-focused questions

Corps Member
Do more without a title: welcome first-timers, run check-in, take first call on fundraiser shifts, and get a chance to help plan events. Help out as much as you're able, with whatever most interests you.
